　　Based on the intrinsic characteristics of LED light sources, higher power results in greater heat generation. If this heat is not dissipated promptly, it can lead to LED failure, fire hazards, and reduced LED lifespan. In clinical practice, both physicians and patients often favor higher optical power densities to shorten treatment times and enhance therapeutic efficacy; thus, increasing the optical power density of treatment devices has become a key design challenge. However, simply boosting the device’s optical power density inevitably causes a substantial rise in heat at the irradiation surface. Conventional treatment devices typically rely on fan‑based cooling, which suffers from inadequate heat removal and significant fan noise. By adopting liquid‑circulation cooling for the irradiation surface (the LED light source), we can completely overcome these drawbacks associated with air‑cooled systems.

Scope of Application
